1. Installation
Download the installation program from here. After you have the .EXE file, just run it from Windows. (If you already have installed MiniLyrics, you do not need to uninstall it, just install the newer version over the older version.)
The setup program will ask you some questions to guide you through the setup process.
Once MiniLyrics is installed, start your media player (Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes …) and MiniLyrics should run with the player. You should have an a MiniLyrics icon in your system tray like the one shown here. Click the icon to show the lyrics window.

2. Search Lyrics
When you play your songs, MiniLyrics will search, download and display lyrics automatically. You may be asked to select the best match lyrics to download. Or you can search and select lyrics manually by click the context menu item ‘Search Lyrics‘.
1) MiniLyrics will show a lyrics downloading dialog.
2) Enter the correct artist and title of the song and click the ‘Online Search’ to search lyrics. The lyrics database is expanding every day.
3) Select the best match lyrics, then click the ‘Open‘ button, MiniLyrics will auto load the selected lyrics, and the lyrics will be displayed in a few seconds.
4) If you can’t get any suitable lyrics in the result, please click ‘More’ button and then click the ‘No suitable Lyrics‘ in the popup menu, and MiniLyrics will never prompt for downloading lyrics for this song.

3. More Advanced Features
MiniLyrics supports more advanced features. You can change the skin of MiniLyrics, you can change the font, font size, font color, and background color, and you can change the lyrics display style. Just right-click on the MiniLyrics main window or the MiniLyrics icon in your Windows tray icons, and go to ‘Tools‘, then click ‘Preference‘.

Many text editor are available out there, but not all of them provide what we need. Notepad++ give more benefit, indeed saving environment. Windows 7 RTM Dodges Critical 0-Day

Microsoft has confirmed that a zero-day vulnerability in Server Message Block (SMB) could allow remote code execution in the event of successful attacks. Different grades of Windows are affected, the company reported, however, this is not the case with Windows 7 RTM Build 6.1.7600.16385, or the golden Windows Server 2008 R2. However, Microsoft said that they had detected no specific targeting to the SMB 2.0 security flaw and was not aware of the impact of customers.

In addition to RTM Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, the software giant also revealed that customers running these operating systems are also affected by the security hole 0-day: Windows XP and Windows 2000. The same is not true for RTM/SP1/SP2 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 RTM-SP1/SP2. And while Windows 7 RTM does not contain the vulnerable code, Release Candidate, Build 7100, not dodge the vulnerability. This means that evaluators running Windows 7 RC are as vulnerable to attacks, if any, as the users of Vista and Windows Server 2008.

“Microsoft is not currently aware of any attacks using this vulnerability. Microsoft recommends customers [to] review and implement the workarounds outlined in the security advisory. More information on suggested actions can also be found in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 975497. While these workarounds do not completely mitigate the threat, we’re currently investigating the issue as part of our Software Security Incident Response Process (SSIRP) and working to develop a security update. This update will be released once it reaches an appropriate level of quality for broad distribution,” promised Christopher Budd, security response communications lead for Microsoft.

At the time of writing this article, KB975497 was not alive, but I’m sure that Microsoft will correct this issue soon. Meanwhile, the company has listed a number of solutions in Microsoft Security Advisory (975497) that can be applied immediately. Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 users can disable SMB v2 RC and block TCP ports 139 and 445 at the firewall. But as I said, there was no attacks exploiting exploits designed to take advantage of this specific SMB 2.0 zero-day vulnerability.

“Also, this vulnerability was not responsibly disclosed to Microsoft and may put computer users at risk. We continue to encourage responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities. We believe the commonly accepted practice of reporting vulnerabilities directly to a vendor serves everyone’s best interests. This practice helps to ensure that customers receive comprehensive, high-quality updates for security vulnerabilities without exposure to malicious attackers while the update is being developed,” Budd added.

Most of users in the world hope that they can use operating system that will conquer the domination of Windows.Chrome OS, Google’s newly announced computer operating system, is coming this autumn and promises to revolutionize netbooks and other underpowered machines.

What differnt with Windows OS? Chrome OS is designed to run on low-powered Atom and ARM processors, and web-based applications don’t require that much horsepower on the client end so it should be faster still. Better, it will be small. Google is promising boot times measured in seconds, not minutes, so battery life should also get a boost — it will be possible to cold boot instead of sleeping or hibernating the machine, saving precious juice.Chrome OS already integrated with HTML5 technology. Many people are sticky when they run web application without internet connection. With HTML 5 technology users can work with web application without have an internet connection.

Chrome OS apparently made to show to anyone, that google not a “newbie”. Google Chrome OS is an open source, and have many more features like more faster, more compatiility, portability (With Chrome, you can bet that all of Google’s service — Gmail, Google Docs, Picasa and so on — will be built-in and have offline access via Google Gears), and more new applications. By the way, personlly i cant wait what its like.
